Making Sense: a space for meaning to emerge
Creative Integration & Storytelling for Life Transitions
An invitation
There are moments when something meaningful happens… and it doesn’t quite land.
An experience. A realization. A rupture or threshold.
And the mind keeps circling: What did that mean?
Who am I now?
How do I live this forward?
Making Sense is a gentle, one‑to‑one space for creative integration.
It’s a place where experiences are given time, language, and somatic attention — so meaning can emerge naturally, without being forced.
What this is
Making Sense is not therapy and not traditional coaching.
It is a form of creative storytelling and integration, drawing from:
somatic awareness
reflective dialogue
metaphor, imagery, and narrative
gentle presence and attuned listening
Together, we listen for the threads already alive in your experience and help them organize into coherence.
This offering may be supportive if you are:
integrating a psychedelic, spiritual, or expanded‑state experience
moving through a major life transition (relational, health‑related, creative, identity)
feeling fragmented, overwhelmed, or “between stories”
a sensitive, creative, or embodied person who thinks in sensations and images
You don’t need to know what you want to say.
We listen until it becomes clear.
What a session feels like
Sessions are held online in a calm, grounded container.
Each session may include:
gentle conversation and reflection
somatic attunement and body‑based listening
narrative reframing and meaning‑making
optional creative prompts (writing, imagery, metaphor)
There is no agenda to fix or change you.
The work unfolds at the pace your system allows.
