Somatic Bodywork with Aychele
Restore coherence. Repattern your movement. Reclaim your felt sense.
Your body carries stories of survival, adaptation and resilience. Beneath those stories lies an untapped intelligence waiting to be awakened: the wisdom of your tissues, the rhythms of your breath, the subtle dance between sensation and presence.
This is not massage as you've known it.
This is Somatic Bodywork — a multidimensional journey into the architecture of your being. Rooted in the principles of osteopathic touch, craniosacral therapy and myofascial release and informed by over two decades of integrative practice, this work offers your body a profound invitation:
to listen,
to unwind,
and to reorganize from the inside out.
What Makes This Work Different?
In our sessions, I bring together the precision of anatomical knowledge with the art of listening hands. My approach is deeply informed by:
Craniosacral Therapy – supporting the body's innate rhythms and releasing core tensions held in the nervous system.
Myofascial Release – gently unwinding restrictions in the connective tissue matrix, allowing freer movement and reduced pain.
Osteopathic Touch – applying a non-invasive, biodynamic approach to reestablish fluid flow, alignment and vitality.
But what truly sets this work apart is my lineage, received from my late mentor Thierry Dumont, D.O., a French osteopath, creator of the Osteodynamie Method, and from my teacher Ivaldo Bertazzo, a Brazilian movement master whose method blends postural re-education with embodied coordination.
Drawing from the GDS muscular chain system, their teachings help us explore:
Functional movement repatterning
Motor coordination and spatial awareness
Postural integration for longevity and grace
I incorporate elements of their methods in our work together, using simple yet strategic tools and somatic prompts to retrain your body's way of moving through life — creating coherence between your structure, your gestures and your emotional landscape.
As Ivaldo says, “Longevidade é a construção de um gesto funcional” — Longevity is the cultivation of functional gesture.

This work is for you if...
You feel stuck in your body or carry persistent pain or fatigue
You are recovering from injury, trauma or deep stress
You seek to move with more fluidity, unrestricted breathing patterns and grace

Each session begins with a brief intake where we attune to your current state, intentions, and body needs. The hands-on portion draws from a multidisciplinary somatic approach, including craniosacral therapy, osteopathic touch, myofascial release and movement re-education inspired by the Bertazzo Method.
Some sessions may include the use of therapeutic oils, always with your consent and proper draping. You are welcome to remain fully clothed or in your underwear, depending on your comfort and the needs of the session.
This work invites subtle and profound shifts in your posture, your presence and your relationship to your body.
